Why you need a Professional Headshot

As the old saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.  Let your first impression be your best impression with a profession headshot.  With more and more jobs moving to virtual employment, I feel that it is more important than ever to obtain a Profession Headshot.  Professional headshots convey professionalism and a sense of confidence and pride.

Word of advice - selfies are not professional headshots.

Here are a couple of tips on how to make the best first impression with your Professional Headshots:

1 - Hair: Make sure your hair is well groomed and neat.  Men, if you're in need of a haircut, you may want to get it a day or two prior to your photography appointment.  Ladies, its often best if you make your hair appointment the day before or on the same day as your photography appointment. 

2 - Clothing: Be sure that your clothes are well-fitting and free of things like lint, animal hair, coffee stains, etc.  Both ladies and gentlemen jackets are a nice touch to make you appear interview-ready.  Men, a tie is a must, and solid color tie is a plus.  Also try to avoid busy patterns in clothing.
